1. Archiving & Backup Solution

When you have a lot of data, you may use a variety of independent backup devices. But this disjointed data management also means you have less control over:

  • Security, because you have no safe onsite and offsite tape storage
  • Costs, because managing different backup devices is difficult and the poor management costs because of not only losing data, due to backup failure & inability to restore it, but also the time& staff expenses involved these processes. The costs of missed business opportunities and unsatisfied customers should be added too.

To prevent or solve these problems you can use our experienced specialists. They can help you to design and implement secure, centralized data management and backup systems tailored to your business. So you will be sure that your data backup will:

  • Be on secured and fireproof onsite and offsite tape storages
  • Minimize the risk of data loss and improve recovery times
  • Be cost effective and efficient, because it is based on the amount of data and data through put requirements of your organization
  • Ensure data retention, resulting in enhanced recovery times.

In this way your business conducts more safely and efficiently with a solution that secure your critical data with maximum ease and minimum space.

2. UNIX-based/ Linux-based Services

Critical services run on High-end servers with the last version of operating systems (Solaris 10 9/10  & Linux 6.0). Also containers and LDoms, help administrators run multiple applications on isolated virtual machines which are placed on one system. In this way cost reduces and resources can be used as well as possible.

3. Windows-based Services

The operating system of these Low-end servers are windows server 2003 R2 and windows server 2008 R2 with latest service packs and patches.

  • Domain Controllers and Active Directory
  •  Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Microsoft Operation Manager
  • Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA Server)
  • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • System Center Operation Manager (SCOM)
  • FTP Server
  • File Servers
  • Print Server

and  many other services run on windows-based servers.

4. Business Continuity Plan/ Disaster Recovery Solution

BCP/DR solution is very important for organizations; in fact it ensures business continuity and minimize business risk from unforeseen circumstances but if we want BCP/DR plan helps us, we should continually update it in all aspects. Our BCP/DR solution includes environment/site, hardware, software, operating system and database; all data is replicated from the main site to the DR site in real-time and if disaster happens, DR site automatically provide the applications and services to users and customers.

5. Storage Solution

The amount of organization data is going to get bigger as it needs continuing to accumulate.

One of the most important problems is inability to scale the growing storage requirement. Both providing too much and too little capacity use much money, resources and time; but a good storage solution takes into account present and future requirements and assuring cost and space efficiency.

For example pooled storage makes it easier to provision, manage, backup & grow. Also Storage Area Network (SAN) is one of the products which is used in the storage solutions. It's a high-speed sub network which makes storage devices available to all servers through a LAN/WAN. Particularly it supports disk mirroring, backup and restore, archival  and retrieval of archived data, data migration from one storage device to another and the sharing of data among different servers in a network.

6. ITIL Services

Lack of a systematic and professional approach for managing IT services drives the business out of the market. Managing IT services in its usual form does not meet our present demands and goals & future requirements and opportunities. The main problem is starting to mount up. So if you want:

  • Your IT services aligned to business needs
  • Better control of IT infrastructure
  • Proactive & reliable IT services
  • More efficient and effective usage of resources
  • Reduced downtimes
  • Less incidents numbers and Improved first line resolution

It is necessary to use ITIL services.

ITIL explains the needed processes for management and operation of the IT infrastructure to promote optimal service provision to the customer of the services at proper cost.

We adapt all the processes to ITIL V3 best practices and implement them by appropriate application.

7. Monitoring Services

Many organizations can't afford a support engineer to be on-site, managing their services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the other hand business wants to work in a stable high-quality environment to gain its goals so if services go down, business can't operate properly, can't achieve its goals and then revenues reduce and the business future will be in risk. Therefore the existence of a system to monitor critical systems & services is necessary.

Monitoring is a process which alerts administrators to any problem that may occur in the environment. For example, it can be used to keep the track of hard disk remaining space of the servers and notify you when it is running out of space as well as memory usage and CPU utilization.

The alerts from monitoring can help IT people to quickly resolve the problems have happened. By monitoring critical devices and services continuously you can predict failures before they occur and help you to prevent them before happening. If you do prevention actions before the problem occurs, you can keep service quality and availability at the highest level as your customers and users demand.

Our monitoring service gives infrastructure support team valuable insight and visibility to all your services so they can be proactively managed and potential issues can be escalated before they occur and become critical issues.

Our monitoring service is available for Solaris, Linux and Windows OS servers, regardless of platform and includes:

  • System service availability and monitoring
  • Low disk space and utilization notification
  • CPU load
  • Memory usage
  • Server crash alerting(server ping)
  • Database monitoring
  • Application monitoring based on parameters related to each application
  • OS monitoring
  • Automatically discover all IP-based devices in the environment
  • Definable and Customizable alerts and alerts reporting
  • Notification Emails
  • User definable reporting
  • Schedulable or ad-hoc reporting
  • Detailed log reporting and archiving
  • Reporting with the ability to export to PDF format file or Microsoft Excel

With our monitoring team you can improve system availability and performance due to reduce downtime via early identification of potential problems. In fact with us you can save your time and money.

8. Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is a new processing model to offer and deliver and utilize IT services. It covers hardware, software, information and other resources and can be accessed via Internet or a company network or both.

In this model different users can have access IT resources like public utilities such as water, electricity and telephone based on their needs and in a flexible manner.

"Cloud" means customers don't know anything about hardware and software of the services, so they don't need to pay for infrastructure and its management. AHS is going to deliver cloud computing services with 99, 99% availability. The services are divided to:

a)    Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Needed software and applications of a company are delivered as a service. For example in Exchange environment which has been provided by AHS and through multi domain, mail boxes are available to the users. They can use them from anywhere in anytime. The cost is also depends on the scale of using mailboxes. In this way a company can reduce investment costs and it's enough to pay for using of mailboxes. In fact the company only pays for operation costs.

SharePoint is another service which can be published on Internet and be used by the customers. Here AHS is responsible for SharePoint service management. Also databases like Oracle and SQL can be delivered to the customers as a service.

b)    Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)

In PaaS services, AHS provides any platform on virtual servers and delivers them to the customer with all tools for using & managing them. All fundamental software like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Oracle and SQL databases, web servers and SharePoint can be provided for the customer too.

c)    Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)

IaaS means virtual server is delivered to the customer. Virtual servers with required Operating System and different performance & computing power in various levels of availability from 99.5 to 99.9 are provided.

Customers can define the specifications of the servers they want and have a full control over them. The quality of delivered services is based on the SLA between AHS and the customer.

Another service in this group is using network storages. Companies can save their backups on the storages or buy storage as a service for themselves.

Another service is virtual desktop which can be delivered through Internet via any device which connects to Internet like mobile devices. So the customer has an access to his desktop and in fact he has his PC to work with.

If a customer wants to buy any service of IaaS group, he can log in to Internet purchasing page and define the hardware specifications of his server, for example the number of CPU, hard disk space & memory. After customer submits this part, the next page which is related to SLA between AHS and the customer will appear and after that is payment stage.

As soon as the payment is done, the server is provided for the customer and he can connect to his server via remote desktop using his username and password which have been emailed to him. Now he can start his work; this instant access is one of the cloud computing advantages. The customer has his service as soon as he pays.
