Standards

"We are not here to reinvent the wheel". This is our slogan, when speaking with our customer and colleagues across the market. In each of the fields we work on we first look into standardizations. There are many many people who have had the same issue and thought about it before hand.

We can categorize the standardization into 2 levels, Technical and Managerial. To have more indepts, please click on links on the left bar.

Technical

When looking any IT set up, standards are here for the purpose of one thing: Availability. For example if Sun is providing EIS, it is for having an integrated cross platform set up on all related devices. If Microsoft offers its "Standard Installation Procedures and Checklist" it is to assure that all services provided can be integrated...

We therefore focus on the below technical standards, for all of our IT setups. For further explanation, please contact us to set up a meeting on why we are using each of these standards.

Manufactures standards

TIA 942 (overall Data Center Design)

TIA 568 (overall Structured Cabling)

ISO 14644 (Data Center cleanness)

ISO 13334 (Change of Architecture)

Management

IT infrastructure must be set to provide a service. How is this service measured? How healthy or secure is our service? What are the key performance issues do we need to work on to reach the customers' needs? What is our implementation plan? What are the risks and costs?

These are some of those main questions we ask ourselves. Once more IT International Standards are here to help us find proper response to those needs. Our look into IT is not from IT to Management, but from Management to IT.

Below are set of standards and frameworks already implemented in Arya Hamrah Samaneh. To know more about why we are using those, please contact us to set up a meeting and discuss.

ISO 20000 (ITIL v3 & CoBIT 4.0)

ISO 27001 (Certified from 2010 till now)
