About the Position

We are looking for an expert Linux/Unix/Solaris professional who can manage, troubleshoot, and optimize servers and services. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, teamwork ability, and an interest in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Linux and Solaris servers
• Troubleshoot operating system and service issues
• Automate processes with Bash and Python
• Manage packages and provisioning
• Implement and manage Configuration Management (Ansible)
• Harden and enhance system security
• Collaborate with database teams (MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Participate in on-call schedules for operational support

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux (LPIC-1, LPIC-2 or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing Solaris servers
• Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with provisioning and configuration management
• Teamwork and effective communication skills
• Flexibility for on-call duties and incident response
